I like to go downtown and play one event at Binion's each year. The Venetian and Caesar's tourneys definitely have the best structure. I love the wsop atmosphere but the tourneys are crapshoots.
Jeremy, you and I are on similar wavelengths. I've always had an affection for Binion's because of its history, and I was able to see the WSOP there first hand in 2004 right before it moved away. I played one Caesars Mega Stack and two Venetian DSE last year and loved the structures. I also like The Grand because the Nugget holds so many non-NLHE events. I had to vote for the WSOP just because of its importance in the poker world and its fantastic atmosphere, but yes, those are definitely crapshoots.
